Customer service was brilliant I really appreciate the help they provided as I needed express delivery but it was not an option when placing the order so they'd added with additional pay option of upgraded next day delivery! I'm very pleased as the card and frame was for my Nan's 90th birthday and I wouldn't otherwise had time to make it 😍 really easy and enjoyable experience!
